Instead, we’ll share the tools and methods you need for helping your child sleep through the night.

Patty describes the healing process that helps children to sleep.

"The videos and resources in this course are filled with great examples ofhow to connect more deeply with your children and how to help them sleep.I noticed that after trying out some of the techniques with my son and listeningto him cry through his fears about falling asleep by himself, my son seemed happier and more relaxed at bedtime.” ~ Julie Johnson, Certified Instructor

You’ll attend the course through an online classroom you can log into from anywhere. The classroom hosts a series of video segments like the one above and additional reading to support your exploration of a closer, warmer, more cooperative relationship with your child and a better support system for yourself. We’ve arranged our topics to cover the most foundational, vital actions right in Class 1. There’s homework to do after each class. You may see good results as quickly as after Homework 1.

Other topics include:

  • Steps to relaxed sleep

  • Building sleep confidence

  • Overcoming night terrors, restless sleep and bedwetting

  • How to handle your own emotional moments

  • Why a sense of connection is so vital to your child’s sleep

  • The importance of emotional support for yourself

You can expect the course to take you from three to six weeks to complete. You won’t want to rush through; each class will open the door to positive experiences for you and for your child. For $86.50 AUD, you will receive all of the above, in addition to unlimited access to the course for six months, instead of standard six week access. We look forward to helping you on your journey to greater connection and cooperation in your family. Don’t just take our word for it:

“All of the Staylistening we did around sleep seems to have loosenedup stuck spots in other areas, too. Since sleeping in her own bed, a new confidence has seemed to emerge in my daughter. Very soon after her first night of a more independent bedtime, she asked for her training wheels to come off her bike, she asked to start swimming lessons and she has expressed interest in new classes, like violin. I don’t think this is a coincidence.” ~ Susan Derby, Certified Instructor

“I found that laying a foundation of Special Time and Playlistening really helped when I wanted to help my son fall asleep on his own and stay asleep for the night. No longer was he waking up in the middle of the night in a panic because I wasn’t there. This class has helped everyone in the family get a better night’s sleep!” ~ Julie Johnson, Certified Instructor

“When your child is having sleep difficulties it impacts the whole family and can make it very challenging to be the kind of parent you want to be. These tools protect your child’s trust in you and strengthen your connection, while helping them get the deep restful sleep they need to grow (and that you need in order to do the intense work of parenting!).” ~Maya Coleman, Certified Instructor
